Research students do not have a print quota, however printer usage will be monitored for abuse.to top

Install a printer
- Click the Start menu then Settings and click on Printers
- Double click the Add Printer icon and click Next
- In the Add Printer Wizard pop up box make sure that Network Printer has been checked
- Click Next
- Click on the Connect to printer option and then click Next
- In the Shared printers window, double click the STUDENT domain
- Scroll down and double-click the computer DISCOVERY
- Select the printer you wish to print to, and click Next
- Decide whether you want this to be your Default printer and then click Next
- Click Finish
My document is not printing
- Check Printer: Have a look at the printer itself
- Make sure the printer is turned on. If the printer screen says offline you will need to press the green button once and the print jobs should start.
- If that doesn't work, check if there are any error messages displayed on the screen, for example out of paper.
- Log WebHelpdesk Request: If all else fails, please log a WebHelpdesk Request with a full description of the problem and or error message.
