Room and Equipment Bookings
Book a project room
There is an online booking system available for the project rooms in the ICT building. These project rooms are shared with the Computer Science department.
The URL for room booking is https://mailhost.csse.unimelb.edu.au/roombooking/
Note: Students can only login with their central student accounts.
Once you have the logged into the booking system, please follow the steps below:
- Select the date you want to book, and the floor level, to check for available rooms
- Scroll down the screen to enter your booking details:
- Room number
- Time
- Reason - you must enter your Full Name
Note: Rooms on the south side of the building (2.22, 2.23, 2.24, 2.25, 2.27, 2.28), will be closed at 6pm sharp Monday to Friday, and are closed on weekends. Outside of these hours, the rooms will be unavailable. Bookings with no name attached, may be deleted from the system, and the room reallocated.

Book a laptop or projector
If you would like to borrow a laptop or projector for use in your classes, you need to ask your tutor to book one on your behalf at Helpdesk.
Your tutor can contact Helpdesk by phone or in person and provide subject details, duration of use, and location.
Please note: Only your tutor can book, collect, and return the item.
