Welcome to the ICT Helpdesk site
Helpdesk Location
The ICT helpdesk is located in Room 1.30, on Level 1, 111 Barry Street. The ICT Helpdesk is now a combined helpdesk and supports students from the IS & CSSE departments. During teaching periods, the helpdesk is open between the hours of 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday during the semester.
Additionally, Helpdesk can be contacted via email helpdesk@dis.unimelb.edu.au or Telephone on 8344-1449.

Helpdesk Website Purpose
The Helpdesk website has been developed to enable students to find resources, information and technical help. The Student Resource Information section should be used by student to identify the facilities available to them. The Technical Help should be used by students to setup their accounts and to be able to troubleshoot if problems occur.
Helpdesk Comments/Suggestions
We value your comments and suggestions and would like to hear from you about how we are going. Comments/Suggestions can be made about the general running of Helpdesk, requests or the Helpdesk Website. If you would like information added to any part of the Helpdesk Website please let us know.
