Room Bookings
There is an online booking system available for the project rooms in the ICT building. These project rooms are shared with the Computer Science department.
The URL for room booking is https://mailhost.csse.unimelb.edu.au/roombooking/
Note: Students can only login with their central student accounts.
Once you have the logged into the booking system, please follow the steps below:
- Select the date you want to book, and the floor level, to check for available rooms
- Scroll down the screen to enter your booking details:
- Room number
- Time
- Reason - you must enter your Full Name
Note: Rooms on the south side of the building (2.22, 2.23, 2.24, 2.25, 2.27, 2.28), will be closed at 6pm sharp Monday to Friday, and are closed on weekends. Outside of these hours, the rooms are unavailable. Bookings with no name attached may be deleted from the system, and the room reallocated.
