Helpdesk Location
The ICT helpdesk is located in Room 4.42, on Level 4, 111 Barry Street. The ICT Helpdesk supports all IS students in the department. During teaching periods, the helpdesk will be open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm during semester.
Additionally, Helpdesk can be contacted via telephone on 8344-1500

Helpdesk Website Purpose
The Helpdesk website has been developed to enable students to find resources, information and technical help. The Student Resource Information section, should be used by students to identify the facilities available to them. The Technical Help section should be used by students to setup their accounts, and to assist in troubleshooting if problems occur.
Helpdesk Comments/Suggestions
We value your comments and suggestions and would like to hear from you about how we are going. Comments/Suggestions can be made about the general running of Helpdesk, about problem requests, or about the Helpdesk Website. If you would like to add information to any part of the Helpdesk Website, please let us know. Students can lodge their suggestion in the Helpdesk Suggestion box, located on Level 1, next to the Assigment submission boxes.
