- Helping to forward your University (ITS) email account to the Department (DIS) account - it is important that you have both
- Setting up Outlook for email (for Postgraduate research students)
- Accessing email from home Account problems (difficulties with logging on)
- Profile problems
- Any problems relating to computers or printers in any of the DIS labs (ie. Can't print, can't save etc)
- Problems related to accessing drives on the network (W and H drives)
- Lost and found property
